Position: Cook specializing in Szechuan and Hunanese cuisine – Full-time
Location: Montreal, Quebec
Salary: $36/hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Expected start date: 2026-10-01
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Szechuan or Hunan cuisine
Main tasks:
- Prepare and cook Sichuan and Hunan meals;
- Check and ensure that the restaurant has sufficient food inventory;
- Produce the list of orders to be placed to replenish the food inventory;
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards;
- Improve the menu with new, creative dishes.
