Position: Cook specializing in Szechuan and Hunanese cuisine – Full-time

Salary: $20/hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
Main tasks:

Prepare and cook Sichuan and Hunanese dishes.

Prepare the soups for the day.

Participate in improving the menu.

Check stocks and ensure that the necessary food is available in sufficient quantities.

Clean the kitchen and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
