We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bicycle Repairer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bicycle Repairer, you will:

• Provide timely, high-quality technical service, repairs, and follow-up support for all riders.

• Assemble new bicycles.

• Contact riders professionally regarding service.

• Exhibit resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of service technology and techniques.

• Attend semi-annual scorecard reviews, conduct workshop inspections, and enter rider-facing notes in work orders.

• Participate in morning huddles.

• Monitor inventory of shop supplies, tools, and repair parts by communicating with the Head Technician.

• Efficiently complete daily work schedules and tasks, and maintain quality control by inspecting other technicians' work and helping them advance their skills.

• Offer ideas for improvement and promote safety procedures to cultivate a safety-first culture

• Contribute to a positive team environment and provide mentoring to new technicians.

• Maintain a professional and tidy workbench and tools at all times.

• Ensure the cleanliness and professional appearance of the entire workshop and maintain larger systems such as the Renegade or compressor

What We're Looking For

• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of verifiable experience in bicycle repair and technical service.

• Verifiable experience working with bicycles from brands such as Shimano or Trek.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible, resourceful, and eager to continuously learn and improve technical skills.

• Verifiable examples of work performed in bicycle repair and technical service.

Compensation

Hourly Wage: $25.00/hour

Overtime Rate: $37.50/hour

Hours: 37.5–40 hours per week
