Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the preparation of sushi and Japanese dishes, including different types of sushi rolls (Hosomaki, Maki, Sumomaki, Blossom), sashimi, nigiri, poke bowls as well as side dishes, ensuring the quality and consistency of the products served;
- Preparation, processing and cutting of ingredients according to the restaurant menu and customer orders, with rigorous management of quantities in order to reduce food waste ;
3. Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards, including the storage of ingredients, the cleaning of work surfaces, the disinfection of equipment and the management of the cold chain, in accordance with applicable regulations;
4. Daily maintenance and organization of the work area and kitchen equipment, in order to ensure a clean, orderly environment and efficient operation of the kitchen;
5. Close collaboration with the waiting staff and other members of the kitchen team to optimize the speed of service and ensure a quality customer experience.
