Responsibilities

  1. Plan, evaluate and manage post-acquisition business operations for HiFresh, overseeing sales performance, supplier management, inventory coordination, product strategy and operational execution to support business growth.
  2. Analyze market trends, customer purchasing patterns, product performance and competitive positioning to identify revenue opportunities and support sales planning decisions.
  3. Develop and implement merchandise strategies across multiple foodservice categories, including product selection, category management, pricing optimization and sales growth initiatives.
  4. Design and execute business development and sales strategies based on market analysis, customer segmentation and category-level performance to increase revenue and market penetration.
  5. Manage, supervise and assign duties to staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support employee development to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and achievement of business objectives.
