• Thoroughly wash and peel vegetables and fruits.
• Sanitize work tables, cupboards, and appliances
• Dispose of trash and ensure kitchen garbage containers are clean.
• Efficiently unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and designated storage areas.
• Maintain a clean environment by sweeping and mopping floors, while also assisting cooks and kitchen staff with additional tasks.
