A&A Farms Ltd., operating as Comeau Farm Market, is looking for a reliable and motivated Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will supervise retail sales staff and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our farm market, which specializes in fresh vegetables, fruits, and other farm-based products

      Duties and Responsibilities

      Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff selling fresh vegetables, fruits, and other farm products.
      Maintain inventory levels by following established procedures, ordering merchandise, and ensuring shelves are properly stocked.
      Prepare work schedules and assign duties to staff to maintain efficient store operations.
      Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
      Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports for management.
      Train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
      Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards within the store.
      Participate in pricing and budgeting strategies to support business profitability.
      Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal product displays.
      Maintain records of stock levels, sales, and staff performance.
      Perform the same duties as workers supervised when required.
