Supervisor, food and beverage processing

Job details:

Location : Anse-Bleue, NB, E8N 2B7
Salary: $25.00 /hour
Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Hours : Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend

Overview:

Languages: English

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Must have 2 years to less than 3 years of previous work experience with food related processing work (seafood experience preferred).

Responsibilities:

Tasks:

  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Clean machines and equipment
  • Supervise other workers
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification
  • Record production information
  • Measure or weigh products
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Review job orders to determine production time, colour sequence and quantities required
  • Check products for quality and other specifications
  • Participate in staff meetings
