Job Details
• Location: Vancouver, BC V5R 5H4
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $37.00 to $40.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 35 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Time of Work: Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Requirements
• Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
• Language: Ability to communicate in English
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
• Onsite Work: Must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
• Work Setting: Wrestling / Martial Arts Training Environment
Responsibilities
- Carry out management duties
- Coordinate competitive programs
- Develop well planned competitive schedules and programs
- Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions
- Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games
- Participate in coaching clinic instruction
- Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance
- Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance
- Recruit professional coaches and athletes
- Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques
