Location: North Vancouver, BC V7L 2N3
Work Location: On site
Salary: $37.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Time of Work: Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Requirements

Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
Language: Ability to communicate in English
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Onsite Work: Must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and oversee daily restaurant operations
• Plan, organize, and implement operational procedures
• Modify food preparation methods and menu pricing based on budget requirements
• Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews
• Set staff work schedules and supervise daily activities
• Train and mentor staff members
• Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed
• Organize and maintain inventory and supplies
• Balance cash, prepare reports, and maintain financial records
• Negotiate with clients for catering services or facility use
• Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service and leadership to team members
• Supervise: 3 to 4 staff members
