Job Summary
Baluke Dental Studios Inc. is a well-established, high-volume dental laboratory with over 65 years of experience. We are seeking a highly experienced CAD/CAM Dental Technician with mandatory supervisory experience to support both technical production and departmental oversight.
This role requires a senior-level technician capable of independently managing complex digital cases while leading and coordinating a team within the CAD/CAM department.
This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and assign work to CAD/CAM technicians and support staff
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and case turnaround times to meet operational targets
- Provide hands-on leadership, training, and mentorship to team members
- Assist in performance management and quality control of completed cases
- Design and scan crowns, bridges, implants, implant splints, Ti-Bars, and digital models
- Interpret and execute dentist prescriptions with precision and accuracy
- Apply advanced knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative materials
- Operate and oversee CAD/CAM milling and 3D printing processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support continuous workflow improvements
- Collaborate with dentists on complex and specialized cases
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and internal protocols
- Support the Department Supervisor in daily operations and reporting
Employment Requirements
Experience & Skills (Mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in CAD/CAM dental design and laboratory production
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a dental laboratory (REQUIRED)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and coordinate staff in a production environment
- Advanced proficiency in 3Shape, Exocad, and other CAD/CAM software
- Strong experience in implant restorations, Ti-Bar design, milling, and 3D printing
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and quality control standards
